How we work
A Florida company, and the venue's rules matter
Xcalibur Entertainment LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. Insurance details are available on request — many venues ask for them, and we'd rather have them ready.
We're not the venue, the caterer or the organiser. Venue licensing, permits, capacity limits and noise curfews sit with the venue or whoever is running the event, and we work within them. Public performance licensing for recorded music is held by the venue or arranged for the event as applicable.

How do we hold a date?
A deposit and a written booking confirming the date, hours, equipment and fee. Dates aren't held on a verbal agreement.
Can we choose the music?
Yes — must-plays, do-not-plays and the overall feel. We'll read the room within that rather than ignoring it or following a list blindly.
What if equipment fails?
We carry backup for the critical parts. It's the question worth asking any supplier, and the honest answer is that things occasionally fail and preparation is what matters.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, and details are available on request. Many venues require it before they'll let a supplier in.
How early do you set up?
Before guests arrive, always, and within whatever access window the venue allows. We'll confirm that with them directly.
