Why the dance floor stays empty

Rarely the playlist. Usually the timing, and a room nobody read.

How we work

Plan it, size it, read it

Events run on timing. Speeches that overrun, a meal served late, a cake cut at the wrong moment — each one shifts when the room is ready to dance, and a DJ who sticks to a plan regardless loses the night.

Sound has to suit the room. A system sized for a bigger venue is unbearable at the front; one sized too small leaves the back of the room out of it entirely.

And the venue's rules shape everything. Access windows, power, noise limits and curfews are better discovered at the planning stage than at eleven at night.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Read the room

A plan is a starting point, not a script.

Size the sound

To the room and the headcount, not the invoice.

Work to the venue's rules

Access, power and curfew, confirmed in advance.
